SSY FOUNDER

Embark on a journey of mindfulness, introspection and movement with Thomas, a certified yoga instructor trained at the renowned Yoga Garden in Narberth, PA. Thomas's path to yoga began in 2016, amidst the high pressures of a corporate finance career, where he sought yoga as a respite to recalibrate his mind and body.

What started for Thomas as a stress-relief practice soon transformed into a deep exploration of the power of the human mind and body. Through consistent practice, he discovered the extraordinary capabilities of our bodies and minds. By paying attention to movement and building upon these insights, Thomas believes we can significantly enhance our day-to-day experiences, both professionally and personally. His teaching philosophy is centered on mindfulness. In each class, Thomas encourages students to be fully present, tuning into their bodies and noting how different movements and poses feel. He emphasizes that this awareness extends beyond the yoga mat, serving as a tool to navigate life's challenges with grace and poise.
