Do you offer an unlimited membership?

Yes! The membership includes unlimited access to all of SSY regular in-person and virtual classes (excluding classes taught at LA Fitness, unless you are a member of the gym). SSY membership automatically charges you monthly, on your sale date, for 12 months. You can cancel this contract at anytime through the website.

Can I attend the classes at LA Fitness if I am not a member of the gym?

Unfortunately, if you are not a member of LA Fitness you will not be able to attend SSY classes at LA Fitness. However, you can attend any virtual and in-person classes outside of LA Fitness.

Are the classes challenges?

SSY offers All-Levels classes, meaning whether you are a beginner to yoga or an experience homi (yogi) our classes are designed for you.

What if I cannot afford a class?

At SSY we offer a sliding scale, where students can pay whatever they can. We believe yoga is a necessity and everyone should have access to it.

Do you offer Corporate Group Events?

What if I want to take a Private class, do you offer them?
